Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall

This issue may also be caused by an antivirus program. The Degoo client communicates with our servers using an encrypted connection. Some antivirus programs, such as Kaspersky, will try to decrypt this connection in order to scan it. They might block the connection if they cannot decrypt it, resulting to the Degoo app being unable to communicate with our servers.


If you encounter this error, we suggest you do try the following:

  1. Exit the Degoo client by right clicking on its icon on the system tray, then selecting "Close".
  2. Disable your antivirus.
  3. Start the Degoo app.
